Background
After having successfully upgraded their lights to LED with Shine On in 2017, Embracia wanted to take the next step to combat rising energy costs with energy generation.
The project
One of the key reasons Embracia chose to work with Shine On was our industry leading workmanship warranty and 5 year performance guarantee as well as their past positive experience working with us. Being an aged care home, consideration was required of residents needs with little interruption and safety being of the utmost importance. Design and installation were also challenging due the design of the roof and building.
Results
The system produces approximately 115,671 kilowatts per annum which is equivalent to powering 17 average Australian homes. This means savings for Embracia Aged Care will be in the region of more than $900,000 over 25 years.
